Position: Operation officer

Working Station: Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit client requirement by successfully managing production.
  • To receive and reply all mail from outside/clients/customers for any work received in the company
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Prepare the report for all works receive in the office in a weekly basis
  • To maintain good customer service
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensuring all items produced comply with Trinity brand guidelines.
  • Ensuring that items are produced on time and to the highest standard
  • To make sure our work has a proper quality and standard before submitted to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma level or higher in IT or other related field
  • Experience and knowledge in graphic design will be an added advantage
  • Experience in publishing machine operations including printing business cards, fliers, Brochures, Books etc.
  • Experience in branding operations including Screen Printing, Large Formatting and Embroidery.
  • Strong and proven 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • To be able to conduct Sales and Marketing activities is an added advantage.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image.
  • An extremely well organized and self-directed individual with sound technical skilled, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to details is crucial to this position.

JOB TITLE: PUBLISHER MANAGER (Immediately)We are looking for an experienced Publisher Manager with expertise in Printing and a solid background in  business development. In this role, you will oversee the management and operation of our printing machines, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive business growth through strategic management. A background in graphics design is an added advantage

JOB DESCRPIRTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and high-quality printing operations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and new clients
  • Oversee the process of print projects from conception to execution, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage and maintain printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and timely maintenance.
  • Familiarity with publishing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the IT and technical teams to integrate and optimize printing technology and software.
  • Analyze business performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on publisher performance and key metrics on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to enhance the visual aspects of print projects is an added advantage

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Printing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong background in printing and business development.
  • Hands-on experience with printing machines and a thorough understanding of printing processes.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage business strategies and relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and ensure efficient and effective implementation of procurement policies and procedures of Caliber First Group Limited.
  • Develop, review and update list of prequalified potential and credible suppliers of goods, services and works.
  • Manage procurement process to ensure Transparency, Fairness and competitive procurement of goods and services while maintaining highest level of Integrity in all sorts of procurements in line with procurement principles and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and service providers so as to obtain better deals and value for money in all procurement.
  • Manage procurement process to ensure thorough documentation in line with the institutional policies and procedures and for audit trial.
  • To confirm all kinds of materials are procured as per the demand from the user department and negotiate with the bidders to ensure value for money
  • To efficiently and timely procure quality materials, Items and services from competent sources.
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  • Develop fixed prices form for every sub brand activity.
  • Advice management on procurement matters and provide routine reports, updates and escalate all issues with potential to disrupt smooth business operations.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management/supervisor
    Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management / Supply chain / related field.
  • Strong and proven 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
